What Jesus Says about Believing
- For God so
loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes
in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. John
3:16
- Most assuredly, I say to
you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has
everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from
death into life. John
5:24
- He who believes in
Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned
already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten
Son of God. John
3:18
- And the Father Himself, who
sent Me, has testified of Me. You have neither heard His voice at any time,
nor seen His form. But
you do not have His word abiding in you, because whom He sent, Him you do
not believe. John 5:37-38
- Therefore
I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you
receive them, and you will have them." Mark
11:24
- Jesus
said to him, "If you can believe, all things are possible to him who
believes." Mark
9:23
- For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be removed and be
cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.
" Mark 11:23
- Blessed are those who have not seen and yet believe." John
20:29
- Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father in Me; or else
believe Me for the sake of the works themselves. John 14:11
- He
who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is
condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only
begotten Son of God. John
3:18
- As
soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, He said to the ruler of the
synagogue, "Do not be afraid; only believe."
Mark 9:36
- And
when He had come into the house, the blind men came to Him. And Jesus said
to them, "Do you believe that I am able to do this?" They said to
Him, "Yes, Lord." Matt
9:28
- And
these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out
demons; they will speak with new tongues Mark
16:17
- And
Jesus said to them, "I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall
never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst. John
6:35
- And
this is the will of Him who sent Me, that everyone who sees the Son and
believes in Him may have everlasting life; and I will raise him up at the
last day." John
6:40
- Most
assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me has everlasting life John
6:47
- Most
assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will
do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father.
John 14:12
